On November 28-29, 2017 the "Iran-Russia, CIS and Eastern European Forum" was held in Tehran.

Delegation of the JSC "PromServis" company, supported by the Center of the Dimitrovgrad Nuclear Innovation Cluster Development, took part in this event, presented our products and held negotiations with potential consumers during the B2B session in the framework of the Forum. Diagnostic and condition monitoring systems for industrial equipment developed and manufactured by JSC "PromServis" drew attention and interest of representatives of oil refining and petrochemical enterprises, specialists of companies involved in the equipment procurement and supply for oil and gas processing plants, as well as companies providing diagnostic and repair services.

Meetings and negotiations with representatives of Russian companies already working in Iran were also very interesting. They shared experience and useful information regarding promotion in the market.

Besides participation in the Forum, specialists of JSC "PromServis" visited several Iranian companies in their offices in Tehran. During the meetings, capabilities and functionality of the automated expert diagnostic system "DIAES" and condition monitoring system "SADKO" were demonstrated, sides discussed prospects, options and conditions for further cooperation.

Specialists of JSC "Promservis" presented the on-line condition monitoring and diagnostic system for industrial equipment "SADKO" that successfully works at nuclear power plants in Russia as a part of reactor vessel level instrumentation systems. Portable system for expert automatic diagnostics "DIAES" allows to reveal faults in operation of rotating equipment in automatic mode and makes it possible to organize maintenance based on actual technical state of machines.

Also our new product was presented - system of vibration monitoring "SADKO-BIV". It features combined functions of stationary and portable systems, elegant design and reasonable price.

Top managers of the Rosatom State Nuclear Energy Corporation and key customers in the nuclear industry visited and took part in the work of "ATOMEX 2017".

The Forum concept included an exhibition, a conference, presentation sessions of suppliers, and individual B2B meetings with participation of suppliers and customers in the nuclear industry.

Main thematic sections for discussion were: specific features of interaction with small and medium business enterprises; procurement system in the nuclear industry and its current development trends; electronic trading systems; procurement program of corporate customers; financial instruments and consulting services for support of suppliers; aspects of supplier certification and quality requirements; assess opportunities for suppliers in construction of nuclear power plants in Russia, etc.

United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) hosted the conference "Promoting Sustainable Energy Solutions and Clean Technologies in CIS Countries" in Vienna, Austria, from 22 to 23 November 2017.

Participants of the Conference discussed strategy and instruments for "green" industry promotion, implementation of resource efficient and environment friendly industrial production, energy saving solutions and control management systems.

Specialists from the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, the Republic of Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan exchanged knowledge and experience, learned about UNIDO programs in the discussed areas.

There was also an exhibition of companies that provide solutions in the fields of energy saving and clean technologies.

Products and services of JSC "PromServis" were presented at the booth of the Ulyanovsk region, organized by the Business Development Corporation directed by Mr. Ruslan Gaynetdinov.

The "Melservice" company from Ulyanovsk (production of wheat flour) contacted JSC "Promservis" on October 4, 2017. They faced the problem of increased vibration on the industrial air blower TB-200, involved in the main technological process. On the next day our diagnostics specialists executed vibration diagnostics and adjustment of the machine and succeeded in reduction of vibration from 198 μm to 6 μm.

The Ulyanovsk plant "Melservis" expressed gratitude for prompt and efficient performance of the works.

On the 13^th of July in Dimitrovgrad a business forum was held with participation of delegates of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Russian Federation. Within the framework of the event leading enterprises of our town, including JSC "Promservis", presented their products and proposals for cooperation. General Director of JSC "Promservis", Mr. Arkady A. Minakov held negotiations with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Mr. Mehdi Sanai, and Economic Counselor of the Iranian Embassy, Mr. Davoud Mirzakhani. They shaped a plan of actions for developing relations and promoting the Company's products to the Iranian market.

The primary subject of the exhibition in this year is "Smart Manufacturing", the partner country is Japan. Therefore at booths of participants not only their latest developments, but also technologies of the future were presented: various robots, prototypes of self-driving cars and electrocars, instruments of digitalization and automation of production, laser tools, etc. In total about 600 companies from Russia and other countries provided their products in the territory of four pavilions of the exhibition.

Guests of the booth "Promservis" could get acquainted with our new heat meter Pramer-TC-100 and upgrated vortex electromagnetic flow meter VEPS-R. Attention of representatives of the Russian companies was drawn by metering devices and dispatch system for control of energy resources consumption, while participants from foreign countries were interested in the condition monitoring systems for industrial equipment.

The III Forum and Exhibition "Energy Efficient Moscow Region" were held with support of the Governor of the Moscow Region Mr. Andrey Vorobyev, the Ministry of Energy of the Moscow Region and the non-profit partnership of engineers "ABOK".

Amongst exhibitors there were districts and towns of the Moscow region as well as most significant manufacturers and suppliers of energy-saving equipment in Russia.

ZAO "PromServis" featured in the exhibition its prefabricated individual heat supply units and complete heat meter PRAMER-TC-100.

Products manufactured by ZAO "Promservis" are included into the Material and Technical Resources Handbook of the Russian nuclear fuel company of Rosatom JSC "TVEL". Full product specifications of these products are added to the corporate fund of normative and technical documentation.

On the 17^th of April one of "PromServis" Holding enterprises, production company LLC "PRAMER", became a full-fledged member of Association of Russian metering devices manufacturers "Metrology of Energy Saving". This status grants the right to carry out the following works:

• Design of metering stations for thermal energy, heat carrier and water.
• Mounting and commissioning of metering stations for thermal energy, heat carrier and water.
• Operation and maintenance of metering stations for thermal energy, heat carrier and water.

Presentation of the Khabarovsk Territory took place in the Congress Center of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in Moscow on March 14, 2017.

Heightened interest to this event was caused first of all by development of Special Economic Development Zones in the Far Eastern Federal District. Much attention was paid to regional energy issues, in particular, to implementation of renewable energy sources and energy saving.

Energy efficiency is highly important as it influences investment potential of the Territory. Almost 50% reduction of tariffs for heating supply is planned due to introduction of profound technologies, careful use of imported fuel and raw materials and smart consumption of produced power.

Deputy Director of ZAO "Promservis" Moscow Office Mr. Alexandrov KA attended the event as an expert.

In accordance with the technical assignment, our specialists have executed the following works:

• Installation of data acquisition and transmission devices BARS 02 P3P (Ethernet) and integration with closed data network in the Olympic Park;
• Implementation of automatic collection of data on heat supply modes at serviced facilities;
• Providing of monitoring and contingencies warning system at serviced objects;
• Maintenance of comprehensive control of the Danfoss ECL 310 temperature controllers, electromagnetic valves, circulation pumps, feed pumps, display of pumps and control valve's state.

Thanks to high efficiency of our specialists as well as outstanding professionalism of heat-and-power engineers and IT-service specialists of the Customer, all works were finished before start of Russian Formula 1 Grand Prix in April 2017. Within the shortest period the most complete management of heating and ventilation systems was implemented at several objects:

• 8 buildings for Formula 1 teams;
• Medical center in the territory of the course;
• Formula 1 grand stand

Construction, mounting and commissioning works on installation of energy-saving equipment at the trial object in Angarsk – municipal kindergarten No. 16 - have been successfully completed.

After evaluation of the energy costs saving resulting from this project, the regional administration will make a decision regarding extension of this experience at other state-financed objects.

On March 14-16, 2017 ZAO "Promservis" took part in the 18th International exhibition "Power Generation. Resource Saving", that was held in Kazan. Within the framework of the exhibition the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan session was organized with discussion of progress in implementation of the state program "Energy Saving and Energy Efficiency in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2014-2020", finalizing results in 2016 and specification of tasks for 2017.
ZAO "PromServis" exhibited the automated weather-adaptive system for regulation of heat energy and hot water supply in closed circuits, using the temperature controller PRAMER-710 manufactured by "PromServis".
