Electromagnetic flow meters Pramer-52XX are registered in State Register of Measuring Instruments, № 43140-09. Pattern approval certificate No. RU.С.29.004.А № 38382.
Construction of PRAMER-52XX
- calculation device (CD) with LCD, a non-volatile memory for data backup and digital communication interface;
- one or two flow transducers connected to measuring channel(s) of CD.
The following flow transducers can be used as a part of PRAMER-52XX:
- vortex electromagnetic flow transducers VEPS , DN 20-300 mm;
- electromagnetic flow transducers EMIR-PRAMER-550, DN 15-150 mm, option of reverse flow measurement is available.
- Option D: one or two pressure transducers with output signal 4-20 mA.
- Option K: one or two relay discrete dial-up outputs for emergency control connected additional equipment

PRAMER-52XX provides measurement and indication of the following data for every measuring channel:
- Accumulative volume (as progressive total) of liquid in m3;
- Actual value of flow rate in m3/h;
- Date and time;
- Total time of continuous operation in hours and minutes;
- Signs of abnormal situations.
Backup of information for every measuring channel:
- Accumulated volume of passed liquid in m3:
- total value;
- for a specified time period (hour/day/month);
- Abnormal events log.
- Flow meters PRAMER-52XX –D (DD) additionally provide backup of average values of pressure (kgf/cm2) for a specified time period for each measuring channel.
Memory capacity:
- for hourly average values - 1024 records,
- for daily average values - 128 records,
- for monthly average values - 32 records,
- for abnormal events - 1024 records.
Flow meters provide transmission of information to data network RS-485.
In case of power supply switch off values of flow volume, total time of continuous operation and backup data keep saved during all period of flow meters' lifetime.
Controlled medium parameters:
- Temperature range: from +5 to +150 C;
- Gage pressure:
- for modifications with VEPS – max 1.6 MPa;
- for modifications with EMIR-PRAMER-550 – max 1.6 MPa or 2.5 MPa;
- Ionic conductivity:
- for modifications with VEPS – not less than 5x10-4sm/m;
- for modifications with EMIR-PRAMER-550 - not less than 10-3sm/m;
- Kinematic viscosity for modifications with VEPS – not more than 1,5x10-6 m2/sec.
