Electromagnetic vortex flow transducers VEPS

JSC "PromServis" is one of first manufacturers of vortex electromagnetic flow transducers (since 1996) on the basis of electromagnetic sensor system.

Main advantages of VEPS:

• simple reliable design and reasonable price;
• good metrological characteristics (accuracy ±1,5% in the whole flow range, dynamic range 1:32 or 1:50, calibration interval - 4 years);
• 8 years warranty.

VEPS doesn't use amplitude signal parameters, this ensures operating stability.

We produce VEPS with overhead magnetic system that has better operational characteristics due to less settling of ferromagnetic particles in the flow passage. Rack of signal-shaping amplifier body is made from plastic with less thermal conductivity than steel rack, so signal-shaping amplifier case does not run hot and it provides safe operation of electronic components.

Output signals: frequency output, pulse output, 4-20мА universal current output (0-5 mA or 0-20 mA are possible upon request).

VEPS nominal diameters (DN): 20; 25; 32; 40; 50; 80; 100; 150; 200; 250; 300 mm.

Power supply: 12 V DC power supply or battery power supply.

Relative accuracy:

at Qt≤Q≤ Qmax: ± 1,0 %;

at Qmin≤ Q<Qt: ± 1,5 %.

Controlled media parameters:

• Temperature Range: from 5 to 150 °С;
• Gage pressure: up to 1,6 MPa;
• Ionic conductivity: at least 5x10-4 cm/m;
• Kinematic viscosity: up to 1,5x10-6 m2/sec.

Operating conditions:

• Ambient temperature range: - 30...+50 °С (-10...+50 °С for modifications with battery power supply);
• Relative humidity: up to 95% (without condensation);
• Atmospheric pressure: 84...106,7 kPa.
