On the basis of monitoring systems with installed "DIAES" diagnostic software, JSC "PromServis" offers a service on remote assessment of technical condition of machines.

We offer an integrated approach to solution of the problem of increased vibration with use of advanced methods and the latest development in the field of distant vibration diagnostics and monitoring. Remote diagnostics is executed at diagnostic expert center of JSC "PromServis" on the basis of measurement data provided by a Customer. On the Customer's side the measurements are executed by certified specialists of 2ndand 3rdskill levels who have experience of practical work in the field of vibration monitoring.
Basic data required for diagnostics - signals and spectra of vibration, values of other technological parameters – can be obtained from:
- stationary monitoring systems – when on-line transmission (Internet, Wi-Fi, etc.) of measured data to remote diagnostic center is possible;
- stationary and portable systemsby export of necessary data from a working database by e-mail. In the diagnostic center the received data are unpacked, analyzed, expert opinion is issued.
We offer the following types of remote diagnostic service:
- Systematic vibration inspection (monitoring) of the rotating equipment with output of reporton technical condition of the equipment on the basis of characteristics measured by means of stationary vibration monitoring systems;
- Determination of reasons for the increased vibration with specification of a defect type by means of spectral and graphical analysis of dynamic signals;
- Diagnostics of rolling bearingsin rotating mechanisms with determination of a remaining life time.
Any kind of remote diagnostics service includes development of recommendations regarding elimination of revealed defects and determination of actions providing reduction of the overall level of vibration of technological equipment.
